Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods; or, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately,
on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item; or, if the goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces,
on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

1) Right of Withdrawal Outside the EU

1.1) United Kingdom: within 28 days

1.2) USA / Canada: Simply not liking an item is not in itself a valid reason. However, the 14-day period also applies where there is a valid reason.

1.3) Australia / Japan / Malaysia / New Zealand / Singapore / Hong Kong / South Korea and the rest of the world: A 14-day period also applies, including where the customer simply does not like the item.

You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will issue the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive for their production, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs (e.g. personalised items).
